Turnberry Southeast Ann Arbor

Turnberry subdivision is a southeast Ann Arbor neighborhood of 210 single-family homes built between 1993 and 1997. With floor plans ranging from 1450-2000 sq. ft., Turnberry homes offer 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full basements, 2-car attached garages, and decks/patios. Adjacent to the east is Turnberry park, an 8-acre neighborhood park with a children’s playground, a picnic area, walking trails, and Scarlett Mitchell Woods which has various unique natural features and habitats.

Students attend highly rated Ann Arbor Schools: Mitchell Elementary, Scarlett Middle, and Huron High School.

Wellesley GardensPittsfield Township

Though technically in the Ypsilanti mailing address, Wellesley Gardens Condominiums reside within the highly rated Ann Arbor school district. The units consist of brownstone style lofts and townhouses located 8-miles directly south of Ann Arbor in Pittsfield Township. The neighborhood consists of 436 units with 1300-2150 square foot floor plans, 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, and 1-2 car attached garages built between 2002-2007 by the Wellesley building company.

The neighborhood has a luxury clubhouse, Club W, that offers resort-style amenities including a fitness center, sport court, sauna, and an outdoor pool and sundeck. Residents benefit from lower Pittsfield Township taxes.

Geddes Lake Condominiums – Northeast Ann Arbor

The Geddes Lake Condominium neighborhood is a 60-acre community consisting of 360 1-2 story townhomes built between 1968-1979. The condos feature 1100-1500 square foot floor plans with 2 and three bedrooms, 1-2 ½ baths, and spacious family rooms. They also have 1-car attached garages, private patios, and some of the units have waterfront views of one of three natural ponds.

Geddes Lake Condos have a clubhouse, an outdoor heated pool, two tennis courts, and an abundance of rolling hills and natural scenery. The neighborhood is also conveniently located within walking distance to Huron High School and is in the acclaimed King Elementary School District.

Chapel Hill CondominiumsNortheast Ann Arbor

Chapel Hill Condominiums are a northeast Ann Arbor condominium community of townhome-style condos built in the 1970s with floor plans ranging from 850-1400 square feet. The neighborhood has a colonial feel, and the attached units look fit to line the streets of Boston! Units have 2-3 bedrooms, 1-2.5 baths, fireplaces, fenced-in backyards/porches. Some units also have full basements and attached garages.

They have an active association that handles building maintenance, groundskeeping, and upkeeps a large clubhouse with a room for private functions, an exercise room, a pool, a playground, and a park with a picnic area.  Association info
