Chapel Hill Condominiums is a northeast Ann Arbor neighborhood of townhome-style condos originally built in the 1970s with many different floor plans ranging from 850-1400 square feet. The condos have 2-3 bedrooms, 1-2.5 baths, fireplaces, fenced-in backyards, and porches. Some units also have full basements and/or attached garages and pets are permitted with permission.
