Every year, I evaluate the brokerage landscape in Ann Arbor. For the last 20 years, I have been a dedicated real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty Ann Arbor Market Center. However, this year marks a significant change as I’ve decided to move to @Properties | Christie’s International Real Estate’s new Ann Arbor Office, situated at 912 N Main Street, Ann Arbor 48104.
Deciding to move to @Properties was serendipitous. I have always admired the building at 912 N Main Street, just north of Depot Street, and coincidentally, this is the very building @Properties acquired for their Ann Arbor office. Established in Royal Oak, @Properties Christie’s International Real Estate has quickly risen to become the #1 brokerage firm in SE Michigan. Their combination of local ownership with state-of-the-art marketing and technology perfectly aligns with my core values.
Now, I have a new brokerage and a view of the Huron River, Argo Park, and the upcoming Broadway Park West development – all conveniently located just 2 miles from my home.
This year, we have also updated nearly all of the software tools we use to manage our business, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. Recognizing that what was considered cutting-edge five years ago no longer meets today’s standards, we’ve overhauled our communication strategies and transaction processes over the past few months. The result is a top-notch experience for everyone who works with us.
