Located just two miles southwest of downtown Ann Arbor’s shops and restaurants, Vernon Downs is one of Ann Arbor’s most desirable subdivisions.  The majority of the neighborhood’s homes are well-maintained brick ranches with 2-5 bedrooms and 1-3.5 baths. Constructed in the mid-1950s to the early 1960s, homes feature hardwood floors, fireplaces and finished basements. Nielson Square Condominiums – Northside Ann Arbor

Nielson Square condominiums are northside Ann Arbor Condos just north of the Huron River and close to the University of Michigan’s Medical campuses.
