PiperPartners’ team is hiring a talented executive assistant to join our real estate team!
Great people to work with, very flexible work schedule, fun work environment.
You will need a real estate, mortgage or title background, either licensed or willing to get your real estate license.You will be in charge of managing the daily real estate workflow – getting it done either yourself or through others on our team, in our office or virtually.Fluency in technology and software such as online document services – DotLoop, Docusign, Dropbox, Google Apps for Business, CRM’s such as Top Producer, Infusionsoft, Sales Force; email software such as Constant Contact, Aweber, Mailchimp or others.
Be our branding guru and keep us relevant on social media sites such as Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn, YouTube, and third party real estate listing web sites such as Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com. You will create, curate and edit content for our real estate web site using WordPress. You will process and manage digital assets, marketing materials, and creative content.You will be empowered to think of ways to streamline marketing and operational processes to make things simple for our agents and our clients. We want to hire someone who works not only hard, but works smart, to help service our home buying and home selling clients and our agent team to buy and sell homes faster and more efficiently. Excellent customer service skills are a MUST since you will be communicating with our agents, prospects and clients.You will be paid a salary with bonus potential based on closing transactions. You will be working 30 -40 hours a week. We work hard, but also have a lot of fun because we love we do.
