Vernon DownsSouthwest Ann Arbor

Located just two miles southwest of downtown Ann Arbor’s shops and restaurants, Vernon Downs is one of Ann Arbor’s most desirable subdivisions.  The majority of the neighborhood’s homes are well-maintained brick ranches with 2-5 bedrooms and 1-3.5 baths. Constructed in the mid-1950s to the early 1960s, homes feature hardwood floors, fireplaces and finished basements. Nielson Square condominiums are northside Ann Arbor Condos just north of the Huron River and close to the University of Michigan’s Medical campuses.
