Why Buy New Construction in Ypsilanti?

Buying a new construction home is attractive for many reasons. Majestic Lakes, located near the intersection of Tuttle Hill and Textile roads, offers new colonial homes that range in size from 1,926 to 3,037 square feet. The community is conveniently located near several lakes, parks, and golf courses in Ypsilanti, including Pine View, Eagle Crest, Pine Creek, and Harbour Club golf courses.
