Once an ideal financing option is discovered, Mary originates the mortgage application, gathers all the information and documentation from the borrower, and prepares for processing and underwriting reviews with scrupulous attention to detail.
Throughout the mortgage approval process, Mary and her team support the many questions that come up from clients and administer documents as needed all the way through to closing.
