The PiperPartners Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty – Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Digital Marketing and Technology Specialist to join us.
What the Digital Marketing and Technology Specialist does:
Keep us communicating seamlessly – Keep our agents in front of clients with the best systems and procedures. Keep our marketing message professional and consistent and maintain our company identity. Evaluate, set up, manage and train the team on technology systems and software. Use technology to best serve our clients and team.You will generate leads – Mange our blog and website and all of our social media. Bring your strong written and visual communication skills to create and curate content and advertising copy that sells. Develop lead generation strategies and measure performance against goals. Use website analytics, SEO software, and reporting software to evaluate performance and make improvements.

– Lead generation experience in a business to business model
– Strong desire to take on new challenges and learn new skills
– Graduate. 4-year degree or degree candidate preferred
– Team Leader- daily
– Support Team – daily
– Agents – daily
– Outside Contractors and vendors – as needed
– Clients – as needed

Hourly based on experience, achievement, and skills. Full time or Part time considered. Paid vacation and holidays. Bonus based on Lead generation performance after the training period. Extensive training and development opportunities. Promotion from within.

Other Requirements/Considerations:
We will train the right person with the character and desire to grow with our team. If you have some of the skills outlined above and feel you are a “fit” for us, we encourage you to apply. Must be willing to attend sales and technology training on and off-site. Coordinate with other real estate teams locally and nationally. Other duties as needed.
