The City of Dexter is a picturesque town in southeast Michigan's Washtenaw County. With a population of just over 4,000 residents, Dexter offers small-town charm with all the conveniences of a location near two bustling metropolitan areas - Detroit and Ann Arbor.

Located off I-94 just 22 minutes from the Detroit metro area and 15 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan campuses and medical centers, Dexter is extremely convenient for commuters to all parts of southeastern Michigan.

Dexter is also located on the Community Connector bus line, an inter-urban express route that runs from Chelsea to Ann Arbor seven days a week between 5:30 a.m. and 7:15 p.m.
