Elm Gardens Subdivision is a small subdivision built in the 1920s and located West of downtown Ypsilanti.  Most floor plans are two story and feature cottage style features that include front porches, pitched roofs.  Inside many feature original built ins throughout the living areas as well as wood floors and basements with potential for additional square footage.
