Creekside Village West is one of four subdivisions built by the same two companies Pulte Homes, who started construction before the 2008 recession, and Lombardo homes who took over after. These subdivisions are aptly named for their location in relation to one another, with Creekside Village West the westernmost subdivision in the larger overall neighborhood.
