College Heights is located in Ypsilanti next to Eastern Michigan University's Main Campus, North of Washtenaw Ave.  The Subdivision is an older neighborhood with homes built in the 1950's with 950-1800 square feet floor plans.  Many of the homes are 3 bedrooms with basements for storage.

College Heights is an easy walk to EMU and Candy Cane Park.  It is also conveniently close to St Joseph Mercy Hospital, I-94, and US 23.  Some street names in the subdivision are:
Whittier Rd, Collegewood St, Manfield Ave, Roosevelt Ave.  Ypsilanti Community/ Estabrook Elementary
