The Water Hill neighborhood is on the northwest side of downtown Ann Arbor.  A conglomerate of several smaller neighborhoods, Water Hill consists of older historic homes built between the 1850s-1960s in bungalow, bi-level, cape cod, colonial, and contemporary styles. There are a few newer 2-story homes built in the 2010s dispersed throughout as well.  Homes have 580-3600 sq. ft. floor plans with 1-5 Bedrooms, 1 to 4.5 baths., and 1-3 car garages. Most have full finished basements, including many walkouts.  While the homes still maintain much of their original charm, many have been updated with modern fixtures and amenities. Neighborhoods within Water Hill include Brookridge Heights, Felch, Gotts, Hiscock, Original Plat of Ann Arbor, Spring Hill, Spring Street, Twin Oaks, Summit Heights, Summit Woods, and Sunset Heights.

Students attend highly rated Ann Arbor Schools: Bach Elementary, Forsythe or Slauson Middle, and Skyline High School.
