The University Heights neighborhood consists of several smaller plated subdivisions in the area South of E. Stadium, east of Packard street. Winding tree lined streets with larger lots feature homes built in the 1940's to 1960's. Homes are smaller, but often updated with high end remodels, expansions and updated floor plans. A great alternative to Burns Park - especially if you want a larger yard.
Students attend highly rated Ann Arbor Schools. Children attend Pattengill Elementary School.
"You should work with Andy Piper as your Realtor because you can trust him. I live in Chicago, IL and when my father passed away, it was necessary to sell his house in Ann Arbor. I interviewed several realtors and decided on Andy. Not only did Andy sell the house within 90 days he served as the point person to get the house in good condition so that we could sell it at a good market price."
