Smokler Hutzel neighborhood was built in the 1960's and is located off of Eisenhower Blvd. Page ave., East of Stone School Rd. consisting of several Smokler Hutzel subdivisions identified by the numbers - 2,3,4 etc.  These homes offer solid 1960's construction with brick exteriors, larger yards, hardwood floors. Several floor plans including traditional two stories, ranches, tri-levels and capes.

In the neighborhood is the the member-owned and operated Georgetown Country Club on King George Boulevard in Ann Arbor changed its membership structure for a few years in an attempt to bring more people into the club.

Children attend Ann Arbor schools - Bryant-Pattengill elementary, Tappen middle and Pioneer high school.
