Huron River Hills Subdivision is located just north of downtown Ann Arbor and tucked away along the Huron River.  This area is close to the comforts of urban living while offering a rural feel with tree-lined streets and large lots. Nearby are numerous parks and trails, including Bandemere, Barton and Kuebler Langford. Homes were built mainly during the 1950's through the 70's, many of which are two-story homes with square footage in excess of 1500.
