Innovative Real Estate Team Seeks a Key Player for our Office.

We are a busy real estate team, at Keller Williams Realty and we are looking for an extraordinary Executive Assistant to take care of the detail work involved in a dynamic, creative and innovative real estate office – Piperpartners at Keller Williams Realty Ann Arbor. This is a salary plus bonus position based in Ann Arbor MI. We’re not the biggest but we are one of the best. We’re a boutique-sized, highly specialized real estate team with experienced and highly trained agents who live in the areas we serve – Ann Arbor, Brighton, Canton, Dexter, Northville, Plymouth, Saline and South Lyon markets to name a few. We realize we can’t be good at everything. So we’ve been selective. And we’ve made it our business to know these incredible areas inside and out — who’s buying, who’s selling, which builders were used, the quality of construction, the schools, taxes, and businesses.Join our team and you will be responsible for keeping us in front of our new and existing clients and looking our best. You will learn about our proprietary systems and help us to improve them every day. You will be a key player in our dynamic and growing team.

You will need a real estate, mortgage or title background. Most likely that means you will be licensed or be willing to get your real estate license. You will be in charge of managing the daily real estate workflow – getting it done either yourself or through others on our team, in our office or virtually.

Just as important, you will be fluent in technology and software such as online document services and our CRM and our listing marketing systems.

You will be empowered to think of ways to streamline marketing and operational processes to make things simple for our agents and our clients. We want to hire someone who works not only hard but works smart, to help service our home buying and home selling clients and our agent team to buy and sell homes faster and more efficiently. Excellent customer service skills are a MUST since you will be communicating with our agents, prospects, and clients daily.

We will consider highly talented full-time candidates to work in our Ann Arbor office. We offer extensive training and opportunity for the right person but you’ll need to be resourceful and have the ability to figure things out on your own by reaching out to others in our network.

This position offers a salary with bonus potential after the training period. We work hard, but also have a lot of fun because we love we do.
