We are seeking an extraordinary Executive Real Estate Assistant to work in our dynamic, creative and innovative office.
We’re not the biggest but we are one of the best. We’re a boutique-sized, highly specialized real estate team with experienced and highly trained agents who live in the areas we serve – Ann Arbor, Brighton, Canton, Dexter, Northville, Plymouth, Saline and South Lyon markets to name a few. We realize we can’t be good at everything. So we’ve been selective. And we’ve made it our business to know these incredible areas inside and out. Join our team and you will work to keep us in front of our new and existing clients and looking our best. You will learn about the best real estate systems and technology available anywhere and help us implement and improve them in our business every day. You will be a key player in our dynamic and growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Delivering the best real estate customer service experience for our agents and our clients. You will know you did a great job when we receive referrals for more business and 5-star reviews from elated clients. Most likely you will be licensed or be willing to get your real estate license. You will be in charge of managing the daily real estate workflow – getting it done either yourself or through others on our team, in our office or virtually.

2. Implementing and managing our leading-edge real estate systems, models and technology. KW is developing the best systems for real estate agents available anywhere and the technology is moving fast. You will be fluent in technology and software and be work with all kinds of software including marketing automation, email marketing, our CRM and our listing marketing and listing document systems. You will be implementing and training our team on new technology and making it work for us to better serve the agents and our clients.

3. You will share our team Mission Vision Values and Perspectives (MVVP). You’ll help us define these moving forward too. You will put our MVVP into action and together we will achieve extraordinary results. You will be empowered to streamline marketing and operational processes to make things simple for our agents and our clients. We want to hire someone who works not only hard but works smart. You will service our home buying and home selling clients and our agent team to buy and sell homes faster and more efficiently by having the best systems possible in place. Excellent customer service skills are a MUST since you will be communicating with our agents, prospects, and clients daily.

You will be paid a salary with bonus potential after the training period. We work hard, and also have a lot of fun because we love we do.
