Marketing and Technology Coordinator

Who are we looking for?

 

The Marketing and Technology Coordinator keeps us communicating seamlessly – Sets up, trains the team and manages all of our technology accounts for our team including: Google-suite, Excel, Dropbox, Dot-Loop, contact management and marketing automation software and other software. This person finds and recommends technology solutions to best serve our clients and team.

The successful candidate may be a current student or graduate of U of M, EMU or WCC pursuing Internet Technology, Information Science, Marketing, Journalism or other studies and has strong interest and ability in marketing and technology. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education and experience that shows a history of achievement and growth.

You will manage our website and write and curate content that creates leads and builds our online presence in the marketplace as a leader in the residential real estate business. You will create landing pages, sales funnels, calls to action, articles and papers, surveys and forms; Work with our web developer, and other outside consultants to constantly improve our lead generation, lead conversion and our marketing reach through Piperpartners.com.  YOU WILL KEEP OUR CONTENT SINGING ONE SONG!

You will be responsible for our company identity. Everything that gets published will go through you for approval and be measured against our company identity guidelines.

Must demonstrate a commitment to achieving goals and accurately measure and report performance for lead generation, lead conversion, ROI on marketing sources, client satisfaction, website performance. Can show examples of success at this in past jobs.

Exceptional Technology Skills: Thinks systems and procedures, Proficient in many of these technologies – Javascript, CSS, HTML, WordPress. Google best practices, Amazon Web Services, Databases, CRM’s. Knowledge of SQL, PHP a plus.

Can get work done through others – finds contractors, virtual assistants to do specialized and task work.

Understands and promotes our team culture and MVVP-  Mission, Vision, Values and Perspective to the team, clients, and the public. You are seen as someone who works well with agents and support staff. Able to build relationships with people in the office and be part of the team. You will achieve success by helping and empowering other people.

 Knowledge/Skills

    • Exceptional technology and computer skills and experience.
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe software products
    • CRM, marketing automation, and lead follow up systems skills
    • People oriented
    • High integrity
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Lead generation experience preferred
    • Marketing experience- can speak to achievements and ROI.
    • graduate. 4-year degree or degree candidate preferred

Compensation

$15 – $25 per hour based on experience, achievement and skills. Will consider part or fulltime. Paid vacation and holidays. Extensive training and development opportunities, promotion from within.
