Greenfields subdivision was constructed in 2001 by Crosswinds Development Company. The neighborhood consists of bi-level, colonial, and ranch-style homes ranging from 986 to 2,772 square feet. Situated on a mature tree-lined street with sidewalks, a playscape, and common area ponds.
This subdivision is the first of three phases built, which is now known as Rosewind. Greenfield consists of all homes south of the intersections of Poplar, Maplelawn, and Greenfield.
